On the National Minimum Wage for Non-Sectorized Private Sector Workers

Under the powers conferred by articles 452, 453, 454, 455, 456, 457, 458, 459, 460, 461, 462, 463 and 464 of the Labor Code and Internal Regulation No. 512 of December 10, 1997, the National Wages Committee set a new national minimum wage applicable to non-sectorized private sector workers.
